News of the worldwide success of the film clip The World's Worst Leaders by counter-counter-terrorist organisation, New Horizons In Violence has thrown sharp attention onto their latest audio bulletin on the war of terror, Weapons Of Mass Hysteria. "These people are playing a dangerous game," warned Australian Prime Minister and Man-Of-Steel John Howard, taking time out from his recent Asia-Pacific Conquest. "It's one thing to produce criticism - we're a free country, in a free world - people are free to think whatever they want. But it's quite another thing to draw attention to it. It's skirting damn close to terrorist activity. "The fact that Americans are seeing this stuff as a representation of an Australian viewpoint is simply embarrassing." |

Weapons of Mass Hysteria is unlikely to quell Howard's anger, with its manipulation of the government's "Be Alert But Not Alarmed" advertising campaign into its chilling subtext: "Be Alarmed". While the identities of the NHIV personnel continue to remain shrouded in secrecy, Howard sent his own message to the group. "Oh, we know who they are." said Howard. "That's what I find so confounding about material like this. They seem to show some sort of understanding of the post-9/11 - sorry, I mean to say post-Bali Bombing - world that we live in. Surely they must realise that with the new ASIO and police raid legislation mean that we can surveil them, identify them, and break into their houses and detain them pretty much indefinitely. I don't get it. All I can say is, they'd better watch themselves - we've still got a few unused fares to Guantanamo available. If you get my drift," he laughed. The new track, which may have a visual interpretation available shortly, joins It's KAOS and The World's Worst Leaders on group's debut single (the front cover of which is shown above). The tracks are available to download for free from their web site, and artwork will be available to download there shortly. |
